QETOE LOW CARB LASAGNA

This Qetoe Low Carb Lasagna is a delicious blend of rich bolognese, creamy ricotta, and melty cheese, all layered with our low carb lasagna sheets. It's the perfect meal to enjoy with family and friends.

Ingredients:

Your favourite bolognese sauce (I have a recipe you can use further down my feed)
One pack @qetoe_foods lasagne sheets
ricotta cheese (approx 250g)
shredded cheese (approx 2 cups but measure with your heart)

Method:
1. Preheat oven 180°
2. Spread a light layer of sauce at the bottom of your baking dish
3. Place a layer of lasagne sheets on top of the sauce. Feel free to break some into smaller pieces to fill in the gaps.
4. Dollop ricotta cheese all over the sauce
5. Sprinkle shredded cheese over the ricotta
6. Repeat steps 3-5 until you have the desired height for your dish. Final layer being sauce and then top with shredded cheese.
7. Cover with foil and bake in the oven for 30-35 mins. Remove foil and the bake for another 20 mins until nice and golden.
8. Allow to stand for about 10 mins until cutting through.
