Prepare the Noodles and Green Beans
Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil over high heat. Once boiling, add the Qetoe noodles and green beans. Cook for 3 minutes, or until the green beans are bright green and the noodles are tender. Drain and set aside. -
Make the Sauce
Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add:- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon sambal oelek
- 1 tablespoon brown natural sweetener
- 2 tablespoons peanut butter
- 1 teaspoon grated ginger
- 2 cloves minced garlic
- 1/4 cup vegetable stock
Stir the ingredients to combine and bring to a simmer.

Combine Everything
Once the sauce is simmering, add the Qetoe noodles and green beans back to the skillet. Cook, stirring often, until the sauce is absorbed, about 3 minutes. Add chopped green onions and cilantro, stirring to combine. -
Serve and Garnish
Transfer the noodles to a large platter. Top with:- Sliced green onions
- Fresh cilantro
- Sesame seeds
- Crushed peanuts
