Creamy Bacon and Sun Dried Tomatoes Penne Recipe:

Ingredients:

  • 200g of Qetoe Low Carb Penne
  • 8 strips of bacon, chopped
  • 1/2 cup sun-dried tomatoes, chopped
  • 1 small onion, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

  1. Cook the penne pasta for 10-15 mins until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, cook the bacon over medium heat until crispy. Remove with a slotted spoon and set aside.
