Cook Qetoe Rice: Prepare the Qetoe Low Carb Rice according to the package instructions and set aside.

Cook the Chicken: In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the sliced chicken and cook until browned and cooked through.

Add Aromatics and Veggies: Add minced garlic, ginger, and sliced zucchinis to the skillet. Sauté for a few minutes until the zucchini is tender-crisp.
