Ingredients:

  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken thighs
  • 1 large zucchini, sliced into rounds
  • 2 medium tomatoes, chopped
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Olive oil spray

Instructions:
