Ingredients:
- 3 tbsp Oyster sauce
- 2 tbsp Soy Sauce
- half a tbsp Black Pepper (adjust to your spice tolerance)
- 1.5 tbsp Minced Garlic
- 2 tbsp Honey
- 2.5 tbsp Ketchup
- Salt and Pepper to taste
- 4 Chicken thighs, bone-in and skin-on
- 2 tbsp Oil
- 2 tbsp Butter
